SCREW PUMPS

Overview
Screw pumps are typical double suction self-priming twin screw pumps with external bearings and timing gear transmission. They are designed for the delivery of a variety of fluids in a wide range of viscosity that free of solid substances or with a slight abrasiveness at modest temperature. The flow direction of the fluid shall be determined by the revolution of the power shaft, results in easier and convenient to change the position of the suction and discharge. The rolling bearings are being held by power screw shaft and idle screw shaft. The torque is securely transferred by the timing gears, makes sure no metallic contact and dynamic transfer between the screws, thus no threat to the pump even run dry in a short time.
